Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@pawessentialsco.online with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on animals cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
